Where to start when you want to make changes in a room

My living room décor has been the same for about ten years. I need a change! The problem is… I don’t know where to start.

When choosing a future decor, you must first decide on a central element for your room – an element that will influence and determine the rest of your choices. Perhaps you don't want to change your furniture, but a favorite painting or a new pair of curtains could be used as your starting point. Make sure to put the emphasis on harmonizing colours, textures and accessories. And remember that it’s best to create a new look for a room based on a central object you plan to keep for a while!
