Build a bathtub caddy

Keep bath items handy with this practical and stylish caddy rack. The plan is for a rack measuring 7 ½" x 33". Because it is expandable, it can easily be adapted to fit the width of your tub. Stops at either end of the caddy prevent it from slipping.

This ultra-simple project uses a single plank of cherry wood, cut along its length to make several strips of varying width. You may choose to personalize your caddy by using slats of all one width or by changing their layout.

Caution: Do not sit on the caddy or overload it with heavy objects. Never use it to hold electric or electronic (even battery-powered) items.
