We are looking to update our kitchen with a new paint colour. What are the modern trends for the kitchen?

With so many hard surfaces such as stainless appliances, tile backsplashes and stone countertops, injecting colour in a kitchen is a must to warm up the space. This is especially important considering this room is by far the busiest and most popular one in the home, from snacking to entertaining, and of course cooking and baking!

Colours like yellow and red are still the most popular choices for kitchens because they are bright and cheerful.

Fresh and unexpected colours like green, aqua and orange as well as deep berry colours from blue to mauve are the latest colour trends that both home owners and interior designers have been experimenting with in their kitchens.
