As the average weather this summer seems to be temperature of 30°C, you will probably spend more time enjoying your pool than any other part of your home. Why not transform your pool area into a peaceful oasis that can be the focus of your holidays?

Add flowers

Turn your pool area into a flourishing and welcoming place. No need to redo the layout, you can simply add flower boxes and pretty flower pots. Easy to move and maintain, you can even use them to hide the less aesthetic pool equipment. For an exotic style, opt for cannas, or for elephant ears, known for their rapid growth.

Think about lighting

The primary purpose of pool lighting is safety. This being said, why not combine safety and design! As well as being practical, lights add style to your poolside.

Floating lamps create a magical atmosphere.

For a more romantic atmosphere, install lanterns and torches. Citronella torches will even help keep undesirable mosquitoes away.

Choose your furniture

Jump into the pool, then relax! With outdoor furniture to suit your particular style, you can laze in the sun, read and relax while keeping an eye on everyone in the pool. Choose furniture in bright colors, or add dynamism to classic furniture with colorful cushions.

Get practical storage

Choose an outdoor trunk that serves both as a practical storage unit and a bench. You'll have all your accessories under hand while enjoying a tidy swimming area. By matching the texture and style of your bench with your outdoor furniture, you will get an extra seat on which wet bathers can sit out of the pool.

Whether you like contemporary or rugged, let your imagination and creativity run wild to create happy, sociable and, above all, relaxing environments! Enjoy summertime!
