Here is a chair that, thanks to its movable seat, can become a work table with one simple gesture. The Double Side seat is a unique concept designed by French-based industrial designer, Matali Crasset, for the Italian brand Danese.
Matali Crasset explores in her work the refusal of the pure shape. She questions the codes that govern our daily lives and produces works that revolve around the principles of modularity, appropriation and flexibility. Some of her works are displayed at the Musée des arts décoratifs in Paris and at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
