Did you know that flushing the toilet represents almost half of your home’s water consumption?

A simple but effective trick to reduce your water consumption is to put a 1.5L or 2L bottle filled with water or sand in the toilet tank. The volume of the bottle represents the amount of water you’ll save every time you flush. Some people use a brick instead of the bottle, but we advise against that because the brick can disintegrate over time, causing damages to your pipes.
