We thought up the Authentic Style Christmas just for you. Can you smell the sent of wood, straw and cinnamon ? With a wave of the magic wand, you'll be whisked away to a land of celebration in your own home.

Your dream of setting like this for welcoming loved ones and discovering with them all the little details you’ve brought together to delight the senses. It would be such a pity to bury your dream beneath a ton of poor excuses, starting with a lack of time or the size of the project. Reality is sometimes a lot simpler than it seems! Everything has been planned to make you work easier. Leave the toolbox in the basement and the work clothes in the closet. No need for them here. Open your eyes wide and come this way for the tour!

A SOOTHING BREAK

To begin, sit down on the couch. Help yourself to a handful of mixed nuts as you admire the fruit bowl, made from wood and metal, which in itself sets the mood for this warm, rustic and inviting environment. On you left, the tree has clearly been decorated with love. While electricity is required to light it up, we still sense that each ornament adorning it is the product of human ingenuity, beginning with the braided rattan balls and others that look hand-painted, or the delicately place ribbon with a checked pattern that calls to mind the wool blanket you like using to keep warm in the winter.

RELAXING RED

They say red represents passion and intense love, yet calm rules this environment, where red prevails, with abundant strength, charm and grace. It’s a sort of silence before the days of celebration, hinted at by the gifts beautifully wrapped in mystery. You can already hear the laughter and shouts as each surprise is unwrapped one by one.

On the red bookcase, everything looks bigger and becomes more eye-catching. The eye is also drawn to the details of the wooden star hanging on the wall, to the country look of the Christmas stockings, to the lanterns with their exotic shapes and to the cardinals that look so real, you half expect them to break into song. All around, candles liven up the atmosphere with dancing lights, and the table heaped with a pine garland and fruit, makes your home a unique place with laid-back style and a friendly feel.

Walking around the room is a little like travelling around the world. The tree might transport you to a place in Scotland, the rattan reindeer to Lapland, the lanterns to Africa and those little cloth figures and the sleigh to the North Pole itself. All these objects were brought together for you with great care. Now it’s turn to give them a story, the story of all the future Christmases they will help you organize.
